Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all purchases at craftycrochet.dk from Crafty Creations, CVR no. 00000000, Adresse mangler, 0000 By, Denmark ("we" or "us"). You can always reach us at hej@example.dk.

The terms apply to consumer purchases. By completing a purchase you accept the terms as they read at the time of ordering.

You design your embroidery on the product page (photo, style, placement and size) and check out as a guest — no account is needed. Once payment is complete we send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation.

The previews on the website are approximate. The final embroidery is produced from your photo after purchase and checked by hand before we stitch. Small deviations in lines, colours and detail compared with the preview are a natural part of the craft and do not constitute a defect.

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) including 25 % VAT. Shipping costs 49,00 kr. per order and is shown at checkout before you pay.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of obvious errors in prices or product descriptions. In that case you receive a full refund.

Payment is made through Stripe with Visa, Mastercard or MobilePay. The amount is charged when the order is placed, because production of your personalised embroidery starts shortly afterwards. We never see your card details — they are handled solely by Stripe.

We deliver to addresses in Denmark only. Production normally takes 10 working days from payment to dispatch, plus the carrier’s transit time (typically 1–3 working days). You receive an email with tracking when the parcel has been dispatched.

Stated delivery times are indicative. If we are significantly delayed we will contact you. Read more under Shipping and returns.

As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when buying online. The right of withdrawal does not, however, apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, cf. section 18(2)(3) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven). All our products are embroidered individually from your own photo and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal.

At checkout you confirm that you are aware that production begins immediately and that the right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. If you change your mind, contact us as soon as possible — if production has not yet started, we will gladly cancel the order and refund the full amount.

We assess every photo before stitching. If your photo cannot be turned into a good embroidery (for example too low a resolution, too many small details or an unsuitable subject), we contact you by email. Together we find a solution — a different photo or another style — or we cancel the order and refund the full amount within 14 days.

We reserve the right to decline photos that are offensive or that you do not have the right to use. You warrant that you have the right to use the photo you upload.

The rules on defects in the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven) apply, and you have a two-year right to complain. If your product has a fault or defect, you must contact us within a reasonable time after discovering it — a complaint made within two months is always in time. Depending on the situation you will have the product repaired or replaced, the price reduced or your money back.

Email hej@example.dk with your order number and photos of the fault. We cover reasonable shipping costs for justified complaints. Ordinary wear, incorrect washing (see our care instructions) and the approximate deviations described under Ordering are not defects.

If you want to complain about a purchase, please contact us first at hej@example.dk. If we cannot find a solution, you can complain to the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klageløsning), Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, via naevneneshus.dk.

The purchase is governed by Danish law. We may change these terms; the version in force when you placed your order applies to your purchase.
