Which photos work best?
One clear subject, sharp and in good light. A face or a pet up close makes a better embroidery than a whole group photo, and children's drawings with clear lines are nearly perfect.
How big is the embroidery?
Up to about 10 × 10 cm. You see the actual size on the garment before you order and can choose the chest, back or sleeve.
Can the garment be washed?
Yes. Wash inside out at 30 °C, skip the tumble dryer and don't iron directly on the embroidery — it will last a long time.
